Where we take you
VCC PACE picks up participants from home and provides transportation to and from the VCC PACE Center and approved medical appointments, then brings you safely back home. This includes your visits to the day center, so you do not have to rely on family members for every ride.
Comfortable and accessible
Our vehicles are equipped to transport participants safely and comfortably, including those who use mobility devices. Trained staff assist with boarding and arrival, so each trip feels secure from start to finish.
Simple to schedule
