Physical and Occupational Therapy

Rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence at every stage.

Maintaining strength and mobility is one of the surest ways to keep living independently. Vista Community Clinic PACE (VCC PACE) offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help participants recover from setbacks, prevent new ones, and stay as active as possible.

Therapy tailored to your goals

Your therapy plan is built around what matters to you, whether that is walking more steadily, regaining strength after an illness, managing a chronic condition, or simply moving through your day with greater ease. Therapists work closely with the rest of your care team so your progress is supported from every direction.

The therapies we provide

Physical therapy. Builds strength, balance, and endurance, and reduces the risk of falls.

Occupational therapy. Helps you carry out everyday tasks more safely and comfortably in your home and community.

Speech therapy. Supports communication and safe swallowing for
participants who need it.

Focused on independence and safety

Falls and loss of mobility are among the most common reasons seniors lose their independence. By focusing on balance, strength, and safe movement, VCC PACE therapy helps participants stay confident on their feet and reduces the risk of injury in daily life.

In the center and beyond

Therapy may take place at the VCC PACE Center and, when appropriate, can extend into your home environment so that what you practice translates into real daily life. Your team adjusts your plan as you make progress or as your needs change.
